Ashtanga Primary Series | 5-Week Course with Yogacharya Lalit

We’re honoured to welcome our founder Lalit back to our South Mall studio for a powerful masterclass rooted in tradition and transformation.

Join Yogacharya Lalit, an Authorised Ashtanga Teacher, for a rare opportunity to explore Ashtanga Yoga in its traditional form. This 5-week course offers a progressive immersion into the Primary Series, with each class building upon the last—covering half of the sequence each week.
